The Proposal Manager supports business growth by contributing across all phases of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP), including managing, developing, and delivering compliant, competitive proposals and other responses related to new business opportunities with customers.
Responsibilities
- Support new business acquisition efforts by helping develop capture strategies and leading key activities (e.g., color team reviews, competitive assessments, Price-to-Win analysis) across the full lifecycle of a Defence pursuit.
- Lead proposal response efforts for LOI/RFI/ITQ/DRFP/RFP opportunities in accordance with established Business Acquisition Processes, Shipley methodology, and industry best practices to drive successful capture outcomes.
