Our Client, a large, market leading General Contractor is seeking a Proposal Specialist to join their growing major projects division in Vancouver, BC. Salary range $80,000 - $120,000. Outpost Recruitment is excited to work with our client on this full-time permanent role.Reporting to the Proposal Manager, the Proposal Specialist is responsible for coordinating, supporting and writing Request for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), Expression of Interests (EOIs) and market sounding submissions for major infrastructure projects in Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities of Proposal Specialist

• Review and develop a detailed understanding of client proposal/bid requirements
• Develop proposal calendars and responsibility, project and key individual selection matrices
