Qualifications and Experience

:A minimum of a Masters of Social Work, Psychiatry or Psychology who is a member in good standing with the applicable regulated college (or the ability to register) such as Ontario College of Social Workers or Social Service Workers, or College of Psychologists of Ontario with experience, demonstrated skills, and education in the mental health field.Clinical background with practical experience in schools, working with school teams to support students.Assets:Excellent interpersonal skills to assist with building strong relationships with students, educators, administrators, board leadership, colleagues, and community service partnersExperience and expertise delivering and creating programming for a wide range of audiences, such as students, staff, and other stakeholders Ability to assess the bio/psycho/social needs of students and to assist in the development of programs and strategies to meet these needsAbility to collaborate with a mu...
