Lifemark Health Group is seeking a dedicated Registered Clinical Psychologist for a full time role in Kelowna, BC. This position focuses on working with clients suffering from workplace injuries and utilizes a client-centered, CBT approach. In this permanent role, you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address psychological barriers that affect recovery.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on recovery from workplace illnesses
• Implement CBT intervention strategies tailored to individual needs
• Prepare comprehensive reports for treatment team review
• Guide the interdisciplinary team on client psychosocial progress
• Aid in conflict resolution and planning for discharge

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Psychologist in positive standing in BC
• Experience with assessment tools like MMPI-3, PAI
• Understanding of workplace health and insurance beneficial
