The District of Lake Country has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Public Works Paving Operator II based in Lake Country, BC . Reporting to the Public Works Paving Crew Leader, the Public Works Paving Operator II is responsible for constructing, maintaining, and rehabilitating paved road surfaces and related infrastructure to ensure a safe, durable, and high‑quality environment for the community. This position performs skilled paving and maintenance work on roads, sidewalks, rights‑of‑way, and drainage interfaces, frequently utilizing heavy equipment and specialized paving tools. The role also supports the upkeep of parks and public works facilities where paving and surface restoration are required, including pathways, curbs, paved lots, and associated infrastructure.
