ACTIVITIES:- Generating purchase order for material/tooling/services demanded by other departments -Following up purchase order management by suppliers (delivery lead time, reception confirmation) -Updating new parts numbers received and ensure ordering process within ERP System.
-Ensuring ERP System update at each reception of equipment's/ tooling/services -Negotiating best price and ensure the right quality/price -Maintain stock of consumable materialsQUALIFICATIONS& SKILLS- Professional with bachelor's degree -Great negotiation skills to obtain favorable results.
-5 years of experience -English language intermediate/advanced -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, pricing and supplier performance.
