・間接調達 / Indirect category procurement for IT and Non-IT

*Sourcing of IT related matters IT関連の調達について：

Sourcing of all IT-related development, operation and maintenance, HW/SW purchases, infrastructure, telecom, data, etc.

ITに関連する全ての開発、運用・保守、HW/SW購入、インフラ、Telecom及びData等に関する案件を複数名でソーシング活動を行う。

*Non-IT related procurement Non-IT関連の調達について：

Sourcing for all non-IT related BPO, Printing, HR, Marketing, Travel, Professional Services, etc.

Non-ITに関連する全てのBPO、印刷、HR関連、マーケティング、トラベル、プロフェッショナルサービス等に関する案件を複数名でソーシング活動を行う

・戦略的調達 / Sourcing include strategic sourcing

・交渉戦略の立案と実行 / Planning and conducting RFx and direct negotiation

・ベンダーの管理 / Vendor management

・費用の効率化アクションの立案と実行 / Planning and execution of cost efficiency actions
