Our company is looking for a detailed-oriented QA Team Lead.
Responsibilities
- Address daily quality issues on the production floor and provide real-time support to operations
- Train employees on GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Lead and manage QA investigations related to production issues
- Investigate and respond to customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct product shelf-life verification and monitoring activities
- Develop and maintain weekly QA schedules; adjust based on production planning needs
- Provide coverage and support for QA Specialists during absences (vacation/sick leave)
- Oversee and manage the Environmental Monitoring Program
- Train and mentor the QA team on BRC and other quality/safety programs
- Act as the primary QA point of contact for production and QA team inquiries on the floor
