Next Games, a Netflix first‑party studio, is looking for a QA Lead to help deliver quality gaming experiences to our players. In this role, you will create, execute, and maintain comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that our games meet and exceed high‑quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead one or more game projects from the quality assurance perspective, shaping the test strategy and working with external partners on planning and scheduling throughout different phases of the project.
• Create, execute, and maintain test cases for seamless game functionality.
• Identify, create, review, and verify bugs.
• Work with analytics tools and data.
• Provide valuable input in product design reviews on functionality, schedules, and potential issues.
