:Purpose of Position
To shape and advance FSRA’s enterprise-wide quality assurance vision by providing strong strategic leadership and oversight. The role champions modern quality engineering practices, embeds risk‑based testing approaches, and ensures consistent, high‑quality delivery across all business systems and digital platforms.
To provide leadership and oversight of the testing lifecycle, setting standards, defining strategies, and championing automation to ensure quality and alignment with organisational objectives. To serve as the primary quality authority, guiding teams towards consistent, scalable, and measurable quality practices across all business platforms
