As specialist in USMCA qualification of origin you’ll be responsible for analyzing the production process of complete equipment and parts that will be exported to US, analyzing the Bill Of Materials (BOM’s) among other documents to ensure they meet with the rules of origin for preferential tariff treatment for our clients in US, will be responsible for documenting processes to prevent reviews of origin, fines and any possible risk as well as manage and maintain the corresponding records.
