Description
Quality Assistant Director (Project) is a primary point of contact for the client regarding the Quality Management System (QMS). For this purpose, he organizes workshops and initiates the necessary discussions to maintain a climate of trust with the client, obtain reviews of QMS documents, and coordinate improvement actions and customer satisfaction measurements. All tasks of the Quality Director may be delegated to him in the event of the latter’s absence. To this end, he remains involved in all key topics concerning the Quality Department.
Responsibilities
- Review the contract and define quality requirements and required actions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the PMP, PQMP, QMS, and Inspection & Test Plans.
- Ensure coordination of the project’s Quality Management System and document control.
