**Job Overview**
The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing quality assurance processes for dedicated accounts that ensure the highest standards of quality delivered to the client.
The QA Coordinator will lead the QA monitoring for specific accounts and work closely with project managers, linguists, designers and QA specialists to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
This role requires a deep understanding of localization processes, skills in feedback sharing, commitment to quality and an internal drive for continuous improvement.
