As a key member of the Quality team, you'll implement and monitor the site-specific quality plan while collaborating with internal and external parties. Your expertise will be critical in conducting audits, managing Non-Conformance Reports, and facilitating lessons learned for continuous improvement. You'll interact with global teams to optimize quality assurance processes throughout project life cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute and review the Inspection and Test Plan for projects
• Conduct audits and manage Non-Conformance Reports efficiently
• Identify, document, and resolve quality issues as per SSQP
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams on quality solutions
• Foster a culture dedicated to quality and learning
