Quality Assurance Manager

**About the Role**We are looking for an experienced **Quality Assurance Manager** to lead and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations.This strategic leadership role is responsible for ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced automotive environment.

- Direct internal, external, and customer audits while ensuring successful compliance outcomes.
- Monitor and drive performance through key quality metrics (KPIs), including defect rates, customer claims, and process capability.
- Lead root cause investigations and corrective/preventive action initiatives using methodologies such as **8D, PDCA, Ishikawa, and 5 Why's**.
