About The Role
Qlty Compl Engineer ensures that products and processes consistently meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control & Assurance
- Manage nonconformances, deviations, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Develop and maintain Control Plans, inspection criteria, and quality procedures.
- Perform internal audits and support external audits (ISO, FDA, customer).
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949, depending on the industry.
- Problem Solving & Root‑Cause Analysis
- Lead investigations using 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other structured tools.
- Implement corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Analyze quality data using SPC, Minitab, or advanced Excel to identify trends...
