Position Summary 

The Quality Control (QC) Technician is a leadership role within the production environment responsible for proactively ensuring that all products, processes, and personnel consistently meet Treasure Mills' quality and food safety standards. 

This position requires a strong floor presence and the authority to enforce compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, allergen control, and company policies. The QC Technician's role is preventative — ensuring standards are followed in real time rather than identifying issues after production is complete.
