- Develop process control checks to ensure product quality parameters are met.
- Conduct routine and accurate tests to minimize product non-conformance and customer complaints.
- Ensure inspection and calibration of testing devices.
- Create and update quality-related documents and control plans.
- Participate in ISO **** QMS audits and prepare technical reports.
- Implement 5S principles in the quality lab and organize document and sample storage.
- Assist in calibration schedules and prepare reports based on data analysis.
- Improve process and material testing methods on the production floor.
