The Quality Engineer assists in the implementation and maintenance of all quality system requirements including APQP, PPAP, root cause analysis, customer concerns and customer visits, gauging, process control plans, supplier issues, customer specific requirements. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Product Development -Confirming quality control points in the project. -Collaborating with project team to finish quality target by following project schedule. -Identifying and solving all sorts of quality issues during the manufacturing process. -Supervising abnormality of the manufacturing process and training staff at regular time. -Focus on the line cycle time balance while maintaining the quality. • Production Management -Conducting products audit, customer audit and giving grades for customer’s performance every month. -Keeping following the issues ...
