Quality Engineering Supervisor

**_Responsibilities_**

+ Develop and Implement interdepartmental and multifunctional / organizational relations to promote the requirements of the quality system (QSR).
+ Influences the metrics of the quality system, such as corrective and preventive actions, training metrics, completion metrics and resolution of complaints, NCR, etc.
+ Manages quality systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee the quality and safety of the product in accordance with the quality system.
+ Manage, lead and / or assist in the resolution of non-conformities and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA)
+ Lead the development of new and better-quality processes; Streamline existing processes.
+ Collaborate in all functions to improve processes and boost efficiency.
