Quality Leader Quality Programs – Certification and Sustainability

Description Reporting to the Director of Quality Programs, Compliance, and Excellence, this role leads the North America Quality Region with accountability for driving compliance across multiple certification programs at our manufacturing and warehouse locations.

The position partners closely with commercial teams to ensure adherence to certification standards and supports the organization’s commitment to sustainability through the Rainforest Alliance compliance program.

The ideal candidate will champion efficiency and transformation across the quality function, advancing initiatives that strengthen consumer trust, elevate compliance performance, and foster a culture of quality excellence throughout the organization.
