Job DescriptionProcess MOP-003 Owner.
Manage and coordinate quality management system.
Get involved in the launches, production, and events of the plant in order to make sure to comply with customer requirements and IATF *****.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure the quality Management System is being followed, maintained and always seek to continually improve its effectiveness in accordance to the requirement of IATF*****.Involved in new launches to conduct flawless launch audits; avoid costs of poor quality and increase customer Satisfaction.Raise customer awareness and the voice of quality through QMS Work Shops.Track PPM and IpBs performance with all customers and provide PPM ITD to report on plants Balanced Scorecard on a monthly basis.Upload all customer concerns to Fast Response and ensure that all entries are on time on the PR System.Monitor customer supplier portals (GM Supply Power, Ford Portal, E supplier, VIN, Honda Portal).
