**Position Summary**:
The Quality Manager is primarily responsible for the follow up of new program introductions and continuous improvement initiatives for the manufacturing plant.
Develops and implements the organization's quality strategy, as well as lead quality control and quality assurance professionals.
Responsible to drive quality assurance systems and programs to ensure the specifications of the delivered product are met; leads the quality assurance effort for the site to meet demanding customer requirements and deliver operating profit; maintain close relationship with technical service, site leadership, suppliers and customers to ensure process improvements are in place for improving the product and process; act as a liaison in career development planning of associates.
