In-Process Quality Inspection, Document Maintenance & Reduce Rejection. Customer Complaint Handling & Swift Resolution.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Understanding customer expectations of and needs from a product.
  • Designing product specifications.
  • Report update to Inventory team & Upper Management.
  • Ensure about packaging & quality processing.
  • Reduce rejections.
  • Manage waste.
  • Quality wise storage.
  • On boarding and training for new team members.

Required Skills

  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication in Hindi.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
  • Must have knowledge of product’s quality & size.
  • Highly Conscientious and diligent.
