Quality Specialist

**Responsibilities**:Manage the efficient follow-up and closure of internal complaints to ensure the satisfaction of the processes involved.Supervise and monitor compliance with the annual calibration program for measuring equipment.Administer and monitor the annual staff training plan.Manage document control through the organization's internal portals.Execute activities related to the Quality Management System (QMS).
Serve as an internal auditor in accordance with established guidelines.
