Responsibilities

• Oversee the various management activities for each store department under your supervision.
• Be responsible for the profitability and smooth operations of each store.
• Define objectives, communicate expectations, and perform necessary follow-ups for continuous improvement with your team; supervise purchases, inventories, price lists, merchandising, sales per hour/person to ensure business readiness.
• Select, train, evaluate, and motivate team members, surrounding them with competent people.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated leadership skills.
