Department Overview

This is a company-wide project to plan, develop, and improve the Rakuten Link application, which unifies the services of the entire group. 

The app will provide access to all of Rakuten's economic sphere, including special promotions across services and various payment methods and will be deployed as a platform for an ecosystem unparalleled anywhere in the world, including not only Rakuten but also its partners.

As a company-wide priority, Rakuten Link strengthens the junction between mobile communications and the Rakuten ecosystem and accelerates cross-functional execution. The PMO supports end-to-end planning, delivery, and review by aligning the project owner, engineering, business, marketing, and internal IT/governance stakeholders.
