Job Description

・Analyze soybean attributes and cultivation factors to identify taste, nutritional, and functional qualities critical for product development.
・Design and implement experimental frameworks, including pilot region trials, sample size determination, and performance indicators to validate agronomic potential and optimize production.
・Conduct field research on soybean planting, growth, and sensory performance to generate reliable data supporting product quality and scalability.
・Prepare research reports and technical recommendations, highlighting key findings, risks, and strategic implications for development.
・Establish quality standards and performance benchmarks for seed cultivation, harvesting, and processing to ensure consistency and reliability.
・Collaborate with QA, Manufacturing, and Marketing to align trials, formulations, regulatory compliance, and market positioning.
