The Senior Project Manager/Project Manager, Construction Management manages all aspects of the construction of unique projects, partnering with internal and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

• Oversee finalization of drawings and complete build ensuring all details meet design.
• Plan effort and duration of each stage to meet schedule.
• Secure and manage contractor budget at fair market value.
• Oversee General Contractor to validate build quality and ensure schedule and budget compliance.
