Real Estate Fund Finance Manager - Based in Luxembourg

**Overview of the Role**

Due to an increasing level of European investments the company currently taken steps to firm-up the infrastructure of our European investment/ investment-service hub in Luxembourg. The company is looking for the position of Finance Manager role which would suite someone that wishes to develop and grow within a Real Estate service and asset management company.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Oversee the Review of property-level financial statements for real estate assets across Europe.
+ Preparation / review of financial statements for Luxembourg entities
+ Participation in preparation / review of consolidated financial statements, including eliminations and consolidations
+ Conversion from Luxembourg GAAP to US GAAP
+ Liaising with the various corporate secretarial / legal teams, with auditors’ pre and during the course of the audit and also with asset management from several countries
