Real Estate Lead Manager
Location: Remote from Latin America
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM) (New York or California Time Zone)
Salary Range: USD 1800 - $2750 per month based on experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a high-level Real Estate Lead Manager to oversee the distribution, tracking, and conversion of high-value leads. The ideal candidate has specialized experience within large-scale brokerage environments—specifically Sotheby’s International Realty or Compass.
You will be responsible for the strategic assignment of leads to agents, ensuring every inquiry is handled with the white-glove service synonymous with luxury real estate. This is a role for a process-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate brokerage setting and understands the nuances of relocation and referral networks.
