As a Real State Media Admin Assistant, you’re not just managing projects — you’re ensuring every client feels prioritized, understood, and taken care of from the first call to final delivery. You’ll manage details with precision, act with urgency, and uphold our company’s high-touch, high-quality standards in everything you do.
Responsibilities- Respond to all client communications rapidly and thoughtfully (texts within 5 minutes, emails within 30 minutes, phone calls answered live)
- Send proactive updates on deliverables, timelines, and revisions
- Handle scheduling, confirmations, and day-before group chats with clients and creative specialists
- Track and follow up on all outstanding requests — nothing slips through the cracks
