About the Job
Facilitate collection of key lease and deal information (e.g., term, rent components, TI/allowances, critical dates) and coordinate inputs needed to complete executive summaries for committee review.
Partner with Finance, Controlling and business teams to support recurring portfolio rhythms (e.g., annual fleet review and mid-year updates) by coordinating inputs, consolidating materials, and tracking deliverables.
