Receiving Inspection Supervisor

ResponsibilitiesFacilitate visual, dimensional, and functional inspection and testing according to documented policies and procedures.Record inspection and test data as prescribed by written instructions and procedures.Operate all associated test and measurement equipment.Implement changes to related policies, procedures, and work instructions.Process non-conformances in the Non-Conforming Material Review system.Acquire test and measurement equipment.Provide daily supervision, work direction, and on‐job training to Receiving Inspection staff.Develop and maintain a competent work group through effective hiring, communication, recognition, performance feedback, and development.Monitor, direct, and prioritize staff workload to assure internal customer schedules are met.Ensure all policies and processes are followed and monitor compliance with appropriate regulatory standards.Contribute to establishing department goals, objectives, and accountabilities.Contribute to developing and maint...
