Recepcionista Cajera Urgente

Responsibilities :

• Greet and orient users, providing courteous service.
• Resolve inquiries regarding services, promotions, and membership status.
• Manage membership sales, follow up on clients with upcoming or expired memberships, and promote timely renewals.
• Handle collection and cashier duties: process monthly fees, point‑of‑sale items, and memberships via cash, card, or direct debit.
• Promote sales of hydration, protein, supplements, snacks, and other store items.
• Verify clients’ status in the system (active, expired, inactive) and control access.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal communication.
• Live close to the gym and available for the required schedule.
