Responsibilities
- Perform guest check‑in and check‑out with a professional, courteous approach.
- Provide clear, friendly information about hotel services and rates.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
- Assist with reservations, room changes, and currency exchange as required.
- Process cash and electronic payments, operate the POS terminal, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain guest profiles, complete satisfaction surveys, and track service requests.
- Communicate with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and service standards are achieved.
- Participate in emergency, safety, and emergency‑equipment procedures.
- Support upselling of hotel services and drive revenue through effective communication.
