Responsibilities

  • Perform guest check‑in and check‑out with a professional, courteous approach.
  • Provide clear, friendly information about hotel services and rates.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly.
  • Assist with reservations, room changes, and currency exchange as required.
  • Process cash and electronic payments, operate the POS terminal, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Maintain guest profiles, complete satisfaction surveys, and track service requests.
  • Communicate with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and service standards are achieved.
  • Participate in emergency, safety, and emergency‑equipment procedures.
