Responsibilities
- Receive and effectively handle telephone calls and office visitors
- Effective communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Accountable for the shipments of interoffice, regular mail and Purolator mail for the Owen Sound Branch
- Pre-process employee expense reports using the factoring method for GST/HST/QST
- Complete office filing, shipping and receiving
- Complete bank deposits
- Strive to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
- Property/building maintenance administration (contacting sub-contractors, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Office Administration
- Post Secondary Education in Business administration or a related field considered an asset
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills
