Recognition Modernization Manager (Waterloo)

Job Description

18-month contract position focused on modernizing and transforming Sun Life's Recognition & Rewards ecosystem. Accountable for designing future-state systems, ensuring readiness, and implementing solutions to create simpler programs, stronger governance, scalable processes, contemporary backend reporting systems, and steady-state operation of recognition programs.

The role emphasizes design, enablement, and long‑term sustainability of recognition practices while operating in close partnership with existing recognition operations and stakeholders.

What will you do?

• Recognition Program Modernization
  • Lead the redesign and evolution of advisor and field leader recognition practices to improve simplicity, clarity, scalability, and consistency.
  • Identify legacy program structures, policies, and processes that create operational burden, risk, or poor customer experience, and design future‑state alternatives.
