WHAT'S THE JOB?

The Gym/ Fitness Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the camp gym facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all users. This role manages equipment sign-in/sign-outs, facility reservations (i.e., gold simulator), equipment maintenance, cleaning, and supports health and safety compliance. The coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering recreational, wellness, and leisure programs. This role enhances camp morale, supports mental and physical well‑being, and fosters a positive community atmosphere. The coordinator ensures activities are safe, inclusive, and aligned with camp policies and schedules.

This position requires fly-in/fly-out travel from Edmonton or Calgary, Alberta, to the project site in northern Alberta, with potential for weather-related delays or logistical challenges. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring drug and alc...
