What You’ll Do
- Design interview process, structure panel interviews, build out appropriate exercises briefs that assess candidate competencies, against Atoms Job profiles.
- Implement talent strategies to identify gaps in hiring needs, understand where to look for talent, creatively source and engage candidates, and ultimately build teams at Atoms.
- Utilize Atoms tool stack to track outreach, organize talent pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to optimize recruiting tactics/strategy and maximize success.
- Act as a strategic talent partner to stakeholders across the business.
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Experience handling high-volume hiring
- Strong alignment and communication with hiring managers
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- English level: C1
