We are looking for a proactive and results-driven End-to-End Recruiter to join our team in Bogotá. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes across diverse role types, particularly within the BPO industry .

Work Model: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end-to-end) , from job intake and sourcing to offer management and onboarding.
• Recruit a wide range of profiles, including BPO roles, management, staff, and administrative positions .
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job boards, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Actively manage and optimize job board postings to ensure strong candidate pipelines.
• Work with and maintain candidate data within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) .
