Responsibilities
Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, prioritize requisitions, and align recruitment activities accordingly 
Proactively source, assess, and select candidates using multiple channels and platforms 
Build and maintain talent pipelines through continuous sourcing, workforce development programs, school partnerships, and community outreach
Champion accurate and consistent use of the applicant tracking system to support data integrity, compliance and reporting
Develop and execute recruitment strategies and campaigns to attract qualified, motivated candidates across multiple job families
