As a Permanent Placement Consultant, you’ll be responsible for building strong client relationships, sourcing top talent, and making successful placements in your vertical or territory. You’ll be the go-to expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.Develop new business and generate job orders Source and manage top-tier candidates Present your most placeable candidates to employers Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence
What We Offer:
Salary: $55,000 to $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus commission
