FERO Waste and Recycling Inc., a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, is an Environmental Services company that services the Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. For over 20 years, FERO has been providing integrated waste collection, management, and recycling services. We are currently seeking the qualifications and expertise of a Red Seal Truck & Transport Mechanics based out of Truro, NS.
Job Summary: 
The successful candidate in this position will perform a variety of tasks on heavy-duty trucks, large construction vehicles, tractor trailers and more. 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Regular maintenance and repair for all transport trucks, including repairing and rebuilding engines and transmissions; diagnosing and repairing air brake, suspension, steering, and electrical systems
Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions
