Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing broker relationships and source new ones within specified territories.
  • Increase revenues by meeting yearly targets set by the department and company.
  • Manage key account list of 15‑20 brokerages; conduct quarterly meetings and monthly reviews with regional directors.
  • Spend at least four days per week out of the office making proactive sales calls and visiting brokers; schedule a minimum of 15 broker meetings weekly.
  • Analyze efficiency ratios from Tableau and document feedback in the CRM to identify and address trends.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence; monitor competitor programs and report changes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products, promotions, and compliance requirements; maintain up‑to‑date collateral materials.
