Regional Dispatcher
Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America. Renewables Canada is looking for a Regional Dispatcher is responsible for daily scheduling of technicians within their region. They're assigning and scheduling technicians to project sites, updating call logs and service orders, and recording call information.
What will do you as the Regional Dispatcher?
+ Participate in schedule creation, dispatch, and analysis on results using internal ticket system alongside Portfolio Manager
+ Planning and coordinating methods and procedures for the most efficient and economical routing of technicians and jobs to maximize plant production
+ Dispatch technicians to new locations as they complete work orders throughout the day to appropriate sites based on technician location, skillset, and customer requests
+ Adjust technician schedules in real time as you receive emergency requests for your area
