Regional HR Analyst Student Program

Main Purpose of this Role:

The HR Analyst is responsible for compiling, structuring, and analyzing human resources data to help streamline processes and make data-driven decisions. They play a crucial role in supporting HR operations through technological tools and data analysis.

Main Tasks:

• Collect data from systems and internal parties
• Analyze reports and provide recommendations
• Create process maps
• Prepare clear, readable reports of findings and present recommendations to HR leaders
• Support ad-hoc projects for both internal and external parties
• Assist HR employees with aspects of employee compensation, benefits, or training based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas requiring SOPs and develop comprehensive proposals with detailed information.
• Identify automation or improvement opportunities
• Identify and implement technology utilization
