Job Overview

Regional Launch Excellence Specialist located in Bogota, Colombia. This role is part of DePuy Synthes, within Johnson & Johnson, and is responsible for governing and enabling the New Product Introduction (NPI)/Launch Excellence (LEX) process across Latin America markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and govern the regional NPI/LEX process, ensuring consistent application of launch standards, milestones, and decision gates across markets.
• Define and manage clear launch timelines, deliverables, approvals, and dependencies aligned with Regional BU strategy and global guidelines.
• Ensure launch readiness across supply, regulatory, pricing, training, marketing assets, and field enablement.
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders (Commercial, Marketing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Education, Medical Affairs) to ensure aligned and timely launch execution; serve as central point of coordination for launch planning, ...
