 In this role you will:
Team Leadership & Development
Maintain and develop coaching/mentorship programs for the Inside Sales team (ISRs). Prioritize coaching initiatives, specifically focused on conducting one-on-one coaching conversations, job shadowing and listening to calls.

Personal coaching sessions with each ISR to listen, discuss, and review calls. Coaching to develop better sales conversations and focused strategies.

Training and Onboarding
Assist in the development and training of new hires, as part of onboarding.

Onboarding new ISR’s and helping develop successful sales conversations will be a key responsibility of the role.

Understand and effectively communicate the Dynamic sales process. Develop sales training programs around process, sales conversations, presentation skills, and product knowledge.
