Regional Manager, People & Culture(Human Resources)
As the Regional Manager, People & Culture, you will serve as a key leader in our organization’s People and Culture department. This role combines leadership accountabilities with strategic operational talent acquisition, training and deployment responsibilities and broader Human Resources responsibilities, ensuring that Paladin attracts, develops, and retains top talent while also overseeing various HR functions. Reporting to the Director, People and Culture, you will collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with the Paladin’s strategic objectives.
